A key figure in contemporary Galician art, linked to the Atlántica cultural group. She combined her artistic work with teaching, as she was a professor of painting at the Facultad de Bellas Artes of the Universidad de Vigo. Her work is abstract, conceptual, with geometric structures, fillings and large patches of color that sometimes hide other tones in their lower layers.
